Amazon has terminated my KDP publishing account and removed all 25 of my titles from sale, citing a vague brand-rights concern tied to the use of real historical figures' names (e.g., Elvis Presley) in trivia content — a standard, legal practice in trivia and reference publishing. I had used similar references dozens of times before, and each time, a human reviewer found the content fully compliant after an automated flag. This time, my entire account and livelihood were terminated with no specific explanation, despite that consistent history.

I am vigorously fighting this decision.

This came out of nowhere, but all titles will soon be available again — now on Gumroad and Etsy, with IngramSpark coming soon, making them available everywhere except Amazon. And at a lower price than Amazon's book prices, since these are print-at-home downloads.
